Techvantage is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, optimize talent acquisition and onboarding, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. This multifaceted role involves managing the employee journey—from onboarding fresh AI engineers to ensuring an exceptional workplace experience for all employees. The ideal candidate will excel in nurturing talent, driving engagement, and maintaining a well-functioning office environment.
What we are looking from an ideal candidate?
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Identify and recruit 5–10 qualified fresh AI engineers monthly through campus and off-campus initiatives.
- Evaluate candidates using Techvantage’s structured assessment mechanism for technical and cultural fit.
- Mentor recruits during the 2-month bedding-in period, ensuring proper alignment with projects from day one.
- Proactively weed out non-performers and confirm qualified recruits as Software Engineer Trainees (AI) within the first two months.
Talent Development and Engagement
- Monitor employee performance during the 6-month probation period, ensuring a smooth transition to permanent roles.
- Manage and deliver online and offline training programs to enhance technical skills and cultural alignment.
- Organize and run Spark sessions—Techvantage’s internal and external knowledge-sharing platform on AI.
- Execute the Techvantage R&R (Rewards and Recognition) Program, celebrating and rewarding high performers.
Attrition Risk and Retention
- Identify potential attrition risks and collaborate with line managers to implement interventions that prevent separation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns and fostering long-term engagement.
Workplace Culture and Facility Management
- Ensure seamless office facility upkeep by liaising with vendors and building management to maintain a disruption-free workplace.
- Drive internal communication initiatives to reinforce Techvantage’s core values and mission.
Learning and Development
- Lead the ongoing learning and development programs for all employees to build skills aligned with organizational goals.
- Create measurable outcomes for training programs and track employee growth against predefined metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, employee engagement, or HR roles, preferably in tech-focused organizations.
- Proven ability to recruit and onboard fresh graduates, with measurable success in performance tracking and retention.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills, with a track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in learning and development strategies, including knowledge-sharing platforms and performance tracking tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in running recognition and rewards programs.
- Familiarity with managing office facilities and vendor relationships.
