What we are looking from an ideal candidate?

    • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
    • Create and post compelling job descriptions to attract high-quality talent.
    • Conduct preliminary screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for technical evaluations.
    • Handle offer negotiations, prepare offer letters, and manage pre-joining formalities.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
    • Oversee and maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, contracts, and performance data.
    • Manage payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, deductions, and allowances, ensuring timely processing and compliance.
    • Handle HR documentation, including employment contracts, appraisal letters, and exit formalities.
    • Address day-to-day employee queries and ensure timely resolution of grievances in a professional and confidential manner.
    • Administer HR policies and ensure employees adhere to organizational guidelines.
    • Design and implement employee engagement programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Organize team-building events, celebrations, and workshops to enhance team cohesion and morale.
    • Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement action plans based on insights.
    • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate skill development programs and professional workshops.
    • Facilitate onboarding programs to help new hires integrate seamlessly into the company.
    • Support the annual and mid-year performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and effective feedback.
    • Assist managers in setting performance goals, tracking progress, and addressing underperformance.
    • Develop and maintain performance tracking tools to monitor individual and team achievements.
    • Ensure and be aware of compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
    • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies to reflect organizational and legal changes.
    • Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in line with company policies and labor regulations.
    • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in managing sensitive HR information.

Preferred Skills:

What skills do you need?

    • 3-6 years of experience in HR functions, ideally with experience in Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, or IT-related industries.
    • Proven ability to manage recruitment processes effectively and create diverse hiring strategies tailored to the tech and AI sectors.
    • Strong understanding of HR operations, from compliance to performance management and employee relations.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with industry-standard HR metrics and KPIs to measure success and areas for improvement.
    • Ability to design, implement, and manage employee engagement programs and initiatives.
    • Strong knowledge of performance management systems and methodologies.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and influence employees and stakeholders.
    • Highly organized with excellent multitasking capabilities to manage a variety of HR functions simultaneously.
