What we are looking from an ideal candidate?

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reviewing resumes and applications
    • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
    • Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
    • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance
    • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
    • Conducting various welfare/employee engagement activities
    • Community initiatives programs - organizing and participation
    • Providing prompt response and feedback to the candidates.
    • Regular updating of communication channels
    • Interact with clients and capture the requirements
    • Smart in sourcing through Social Media channels and other online media.
    • Experience in using Hiring portals such as Naukri, Monster, etc. will be an added advantage
    • Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
    • Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for sourcing
    • Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates to schedule interviews.
    • Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee
    • Organizing training sessions or training for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties.
    • Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements

    • Min 1+ years of experience in recruiting and HR activities.
    • Comfortable working in a highly visible role
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Honest, ethical, and dependable
    • Positive, go-getter attitude
    • Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
    • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel, Word, etc.)
    • A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
    • Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
    • Ability to communicate effectively & professionally
    • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to speak good English. Local dialects are a bonus.
    • Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
    • Nice to Have: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree preferred (MBA in HR)
