We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst to join our team and contribute to the testing and quality assurance efforts of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software testing methodologies, hands-on experience with test execution, and a keen eye for identifying and reporting issues. The QA Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our customers' expectations.

What we are looking from an ideal candidate?

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly validate software functionality, performance, and security.
• Participate in requirement analysis to ensure a clear understanding of project specifications and deliverables.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure overall product quality.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues.
• Document, track, and report defects using designated tools, providing clear and concise information.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test data and testing environments.
• Perform regression testing to validate software updates and enhancements.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights into testing progress, risks, and quality issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging testing techniques.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure testing consistency and alignment with quality standards.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of testing documentation and knowledge base.
• Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress and issues to project stakeholders.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and validate that software meets end-user requirements.

What skills do you need?

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst, with 3-5 years of hands-on testing experience.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficient in writing clear and concise test documentation.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking systems.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• ISTQB or similar QA certification is a plus.
