What we are looking from an ideal candidate?

• Software Development: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot, Microservices, and GraphQL.
• Microservices Architecture: Lead the design and development of distributed, scalable microservices-based applications.
• API Development: Develop and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs for efficient data exchange and integration with other services.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are highly available, scalable, and performant in production environments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Advocate for and adhere to best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, helping to grow their skills and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to project planning and delivery.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions, processes, and standards.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Java development (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices).
• Microservices & Distributed Systems: Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining microservices architectures.
• API Development: Expertise in building RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
• Database Skills: Proficient in working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Version Control & CI/CD: Strong experience using Git for version control and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP).
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with an ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Agile/Scrum: Solid experience working in Agile development teams, with a focus on continuous delivery and iterative improvement.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with non-technical stakeholders.
