We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute fresh ideas to our projects. As a Junior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually captivating and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experiences. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC), Figma, HTML, and CSS is essential to excel in this role.

    • User-Centric Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with project goals.
    • Visual Design: Use your creative flair to design layouts, graphics, and icons that communicate effectively and create visually engaging experiences.
    • Tools Proficiency: Leverage your expertise in Adobe CC and Figma to craft design mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that accurately represent design concepts.
    • Front-End Development: Apply your knowledge of HTML and CSS to translate design mockups into functional and responsive web interfaces.
    • Design Iteration: Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and team members, ensuring continuous improvement.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure the design vision is effectively translated into the final product.
    • Typography and Color Theory: Use your understanding of typography and color theory to create designs that convey the desired message and evoke appropriate emotions.
    • Responsive Design: Design interfaces that adapt seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes to ensure a consistent user experience.
    • Problem Solving: Address design challenges creatively, finding innovative solutions to enhance usability and aesthetics.

Preferred Skills:

What skills do you need?

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • 1-2 years of professional design experience, showcasing your ability to create visually appealing and user-centric designs.
    • Proficiency in Adobe CC tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma for creating design assets and interactive prototypes.
    • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS, enabling you to translate designs into functional web interfaces.
    • Creativity and an eye for detail, demonstrated through your portfolio.
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • A passion for staying up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques.
    • Experience with responsive design principles is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of user experience (UX) principles is advantageous.
